This CD " 幻燈小品 GENTOH SHOWHIN" was recorded at Chikako's home from Jun. 2010 to Dec. 2014.
She wrote all of her songs and lyrics, played almost all of the instruments(guitar,bass,piano,synthesizer,Loop station BOSS RC-50), recorded and mastered the CD and conceptualized the CD artwork.
GENTOH means "slide".
SHOWHIN means "a short composition".
It includes 12 songs of fantastic,dreamy acid folk.
This CD cover art and booklet illustrations were drawn by Yoshiko Nakamura.

She is an artist and illustrator from Kumamoto city.
She only use a pencil when she draws.
She makes fascinatingly original art work.
Including English and Japanese lyrics.
This booklet made with Japanese paper, it called "Washi".

本作品 「幻燈小品 」 は、2010年6月〜2013年12月に、全て彼女の自宅で録音された。
＊結晶世界のパーカッションは2014年11月に熊本市ハーモニースタジオで録音。
本作品の作詞曲、唄、語り、ピアノ、ギター、シンセサイザー、iPadのアプリケーション"Garage Band"、ループマシーンBOSS RC50などのほとんど全ての演奏、録音、ミックス、マスタリング、CDデザイン、写真撮影も全て1人で手がけている。
CDにはオリジナルの日本語詞と英語の翻訳のブックレット付き。
CDカバーとブックレットの蛾と少女のイラストは奇才のイラストレーター、ナカムラ佳子氏によるもの。

1. Lullaby from the Kumamoto district/子守唄(熊本地方伝承）
This song is a traditional Japanese song from the Kumamoto district.
Voice by Eiko Noda,Chikako's mother in law.
歌は姑の野田エイ子。
偶然、熊本伝承唄の事を尋ねた時に唄ってくれたエイ子の唄に感動し、本作品でも歌ってもらう事になった。録音は彼女の部屋。
2.Dawn lullaby / 夜明けの子守唄
This song with strings and piano.
This song is inspired by the story of Little Red Riding Hood.
She is lost in the moonlit woods at night and it's snowing.
The lyrics of this song were written by Esperanto.
ストリングスとピアノのアレンジ曲。
雪の降る森の中を、赤ずきんちゃんのような格好をした少女が、
月明かりと 手にしたランプの灯りだけで彷徨っているイメージ で作った。
歌詞は世界人口共通語のエスペラント語。
3.The girl from Underground / 冥界少女
This is the first song Chikako made, when she was 25 years old.
This song was performed by 17-ER the band;she join from 1999 to 2001.
The song is about traveling impulsively.
生まれて初めて作った曲。
1999年〜2001年に活動していたバンド「17ーER」で演奏していた曲。
当時は「旅」や「衝動」をテーマに曲を作っていた。
2004年に1人で宅録した時のベース部分のデータを誤って消してしまった
ので、ピアノで弾き直した。
比較的アップテンポな疾走感溢れるナンバー。
4.The Crystal World / 結晶世界
This song is inspired by the scene of a frozen cemetery in Plute,Galaxy express 999 ; a Japanese animation.
The rebirth sound was made with Loopstation BOSS RC50.
Guest musician ; Koushiro Watase ,the percussionist based in Kumamoto city.
Featuring Koushiro Watase;Puccusionist and Drummer based in Kumamoto city.
松本零士氏のアニメ「銀河鉄道999」の冥王星の氷の墓場のシーンに触発されて作った曲。
氷のマリンバのようなピアノサウンド曲。
前奏の逆回転は、ループマシーンのBOSS RC50を使用した。
熊本在住のパーカッショニスト＆ドラマーの渡瀬功史郎氏が参加。
8.In the summer madness / 夏の腐れ月
This song is inspired by MOOMIN's story.
Chikako is MOOMIN huge fan.
"Kusare tuki"means the hot season when food rots.
The MusicBox version of this song is the soundtrack for Toki,a Japanese puppet animation created by students of the Nagoya university of art and science.
Toki means "Time".

大好きなムーミントロールの話の中で、食べ物が腐れやすい暑い時期を「腐れ月」といい、「腐れ月には説明のつかないような奇妙な事が起こる」という言い伝えがある。
このオルゴールヴァージョンは、名古屋学芸大学の方々が卒業制作に作った関節球体の人形アニメ「時時刻刻」で使用されている。
9.Ten night of dreams, the first night /夢十夜 第一夜
It's a short novel written by Soseki Nathume(1867~1916): Japanese novelist of the Meiji period.
This story about dreams and illusions.
Piano and voice by Chikako.
This track include a cricket sound in her garden.
夏目漱石の珠玉の短編、夢十夜の朗読。
ピアノと声のループ、そして夏の虫の声でアレンジした幻想的なトラック。
蟲の音は庭で録音したものを使用している。
10.Hotaru Koi / ほたるこい
This song is a traditional Japanese folk song about firefly catching.
Hotaru means "firefly" and Koi means "come here".
It was arranged with Loopstation BOSS RC50,piano and voice.
This song includes "Waka"by IZUMI shikibu(b.976?);a mid Heian period Japanese poet.
Waka is a traditional Japanese lyrics.
You can find the DIY music video for this song.
It was filmed and directed by Ethuro Yano;based in Fukuoka city.
日本の伝承音楽「ほたるこい」をモチーフにした曲。
ループマシンBOSS RC50を使って輪唱のようにアレンジした問題作。
途中の和歌は、平安時代の歌人、和泉式部の作。
「もの思えば、沢の蛍も我が身より あくがれ出ずる魂かとぞ見る」
（沢の近くで物思いにふけっていると、周りを飛び交う蛍がまるで私の体から出てきた魂のように思えてくる。）
福岡在住の映像作家、矢野悦郎氏が撮影、演出、ストーリーを手がけた幻想的な映像もある。

5. Akai Tenshi / 赫い天使
Akai tenshi means "The Red Angel".
This song's recording was finished for 2 years.
Chikako need to try again recording with new HD recorder, because HD recorder "AKAI professional DPS 12i " doesn't work when she recording this song.
初めて鼻歌から発展させて作った曲。
間奏とサビの部分がなかなか決まらず、完成するのに2年近くかかってしまった。
ちなみに、このCDを作る過程で、夫の宅録機材AKAI Professional DPS 12iが故障してしまったため、これまで録音した楽曲のデータを全部新しい機材で入れ直さなければならなかった。
このAKAIの機材はとても愛着があったため、敬意を表して曲のタイトルにした。
熊本市を拠点に活動する「ポークパンダ３歳」の井上ゴム氏を演出家＆脚本家に迎えたミュージックビデオも制作。
出演は熊本在住の新奇な俳優、ますながあすか、はまもとゆうか、冨川優。
６．Sleep walk / 夢中遊行
This is the first piano instrumental Chikako made.
初のピアノインスト曲。
7. Juusan mairi / 十三詣り
Fajfilego means foghorn in Esperant.
This song is inspired by Russian animation "the hedgehog in fog".
The rhythm track was made with Garageband on iPad.
ファイフィレーゴとは、エスペラント語で「霧笛」という意味。
ロシアのアートアニメーションの巨匠、ユーリ・ノルシュテインの「霧につつまれたハリネズミ」に触発されて作った曲。
間奏以降のリズムトラックと弦楽器の音は、iPad のアプリケーション「Garage Band」を使用した。

逢いたいあの子は遠くへ行った
This song was made with piano and vocal.
It's a sentimental song.
ピアノの弾き語り曲。
センチメンタル万歳。

When children became 13 years old,they visit to shrine to receieve wisdom from god.
This song was made with piano,strings and melodion.
このアルバムの中でもっとも最近録音した曲。
関西では子供が１３歳になると、お宮へ参って知恵を授かるという「十三詣り」という風習があることを聞き、そこからイメージが湧いて作った曲。
